Sermon 5 – Solus Christus
If our works are truly inadequate (Isa 64:6) and if our hearts are truly sinful (Heb 17:9), what hope do we have? How can we possibly stand before God and be received and forgiven? If we have nothing with which to commend ourselves to Him, is there someone/something else that can bridge the gap?
