John 16:16-22
Whenever people want to say that something is painful, they say, “It’s like giving birth!” This week, we will examine Jesus’ analogy of giving birth to describe His disciples’ pain in Jesus’ departure. Like giving birth, there is a sweet reward to the momentary discomfort of losing the company of their Teacher.
